Twice nominated for Australian Film Institute Awards, his work continues to influence the nation’s arts landscape. Mark’s journey began at Marsden before launching into a life of creativity and performance.

From the classrooms of Marsden to becoming one of Australia’s leading voices in women’s health, Caroline de Costa has spent decades breaking barriers. A pioneering obstetrician, author and advocate, she helped shape national conversations around reproductive healthcare while mentoring future generations of doctors. Caroline’s journey began at Marsden before leading her to a career defined by courage, compassion and change.

The Innovator

From Marsden classrooms to leading in the healthcare technology space, Bart Williams has built a career focused on innovation and community impact. An MBA graduate and business owner, Bart’s work supports healthcare and aged care providers across Australia through technology and communication solutions. Today, alongside his professional career, he continues to give back as President of the Marsden High School P&C, helping strengthen the school community for future generations.

The Adventurer

From Marsden to a life of service, leadership and lifelong curiosity, Robert Campbell Shore has never stood still. Commissioned in the Army Reserve, a rugby player for over four decades, Rotary District Governor, author, wildlife photographer and proud family man, Robert’s journey reflects a passion for community, learning and adventure. With multiple degrees, published books, four daughters and seven grandchildren, his story proves that success can take many remarkable forms.

Robert Campbell Shore has been a great legend and has been known to try different things. He is highly considered in his community and has been graciously given respect over the years as a former Army soldier. Althoug he is retired and enjoying his much deserved sunny days, he has acured an army of admirers that respect him nonetheless. robert meets with his former companions from time to time

The Broadcaster

From commercial radio studios across Australia to the kitchen serving over 100 children each day, Kim Dennison’s career has been anything but ordinary. Beginning in radio straight after leaving Marsden in 4th form, Kim spent 38 years behind the microphone as a presenter and producer across regional stations, Sydney and the ABC on the Gold Coast. Along the way, she was also a professional belly dancer during the 1990s before later retraining as a chef at 54, proving it’s never too late to begin a new chapter.
