I would just like to take a moment to publicly thank a number of people at Marsden high School...
Let me start by saying thank you to Camilla and the amazing Technology Team at Marsden for all of their hard work with Google and the implementation of the Chromebook/BYOD Program.
They recently took the time to present at a Google Conference, presenting to a number of local and international educators the wonderful BYOD work that Marsden has done thus far.
A HUGE thank you goes out to Camilla as her presentation was outstanding and attracted a lot of attention and positive feedback.
Special thanks goes to Ethan, Miranda, Casey and Tamsin of Year 7 who were involved in the Q&A component of the presentation, answering questions from participants and representing Marsden so professionally.
A massive shout out also goes out to Hugo and Tenaesha from 7A for their presentation during P3 to our Google visitors. They were amazing at showcasing their work with the Chromebooks and answering all questions thrown at them!
We will continue to build on this years success by introducing BYOD into Year 9 for 2018. This means we will be BYOD in Yr. 7, 8 and 9 at the start of 2018!
