Dear Parents/Carers,
As you would be aware, the Year 7 “Great Aussie Bush Camp” is coming up in Week 8 of Term 1, 2019.
Dates for the Camp:
Monday 18th March to Wednesday 20th March 2019.
The total amount due for the Year 7 camp is approximately $330.00.
The non-refundable $100.00 deposit is due Friday 15th February. Payable by 4 December 2018.
Final payment still to be confirmed. Will be approximately $230.00 due on Monday 4th March.
No payments will be accepted after this due date.
Instalments can be made.
Parents can pay by the Online Portal, or students can bring their money to the payment counter at the front office where they will be receipted for each instalment/payment.
Medical and liability forms can be obtained from and are required to be returned urgently to Miss van der Kley in the HSIE staffroom (Year 7 Adviser), or Mrs Muller in the front office.
Please read these forms carefully and complete all sections before returning.
Please ensure all money and forms have been finalised by the due date of Monday 4th March.
