Uniform

When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.

Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community, helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:

meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation
includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics
is appropriate for the full range of school activities
is suitable for all body shapes.

Uniform Shop Hours:

Tuesday 8:30am to 11:30am

Wednesday 8:30am to 2pm

Online Order Procedure:

Refer to the uniform price list and ordering information above for item pricing and sizing
Pay by online payment, by clicking on “Make A Payment” at the top of this page
Sign in to parent portal and click on 'Payments' tab. scroll down to 'Add other item', select Uniform Shop and change $ total to required amount.
Please email the order and online payment receipt number to: uniform.marsden@marsden-hs.nsw.edu.au with the subject heading UNIFORM ORDER

Students will be notified/parent emailed when their uniform order is available for pick up from the uniform shop.

Where you are unsure of a student’s size, please only order single quantities of items until sizing is confirmed, to reduce returns and credit processing.

Year 7 Fittings 2025/2026

The following additional opening hours have been arranged in November/December 2025 and January 2026. For Year 7 2026, the following bookings are appointments only:

Friday 28/11/25 (open 3.00pm - 5.00pm)

Tuesday 2/12/25 (open 8 - 9.15am)

Tuesday 2/12/25 (open 2.45 - 5pm)

Wednesday 10/12/25 (open 3.00pm – 5.00pm)

Thursday 11/12/25 (open 3.00pm – 5.00pm)

Saturday 13/12/25 (open 9am - 2pm)

Monday 15/12/25 (open 3.00pm – 5.00pm)

Thursday 29/1/26 (open 9.00am – 2.00pm) Staff Development Day

Friday 30/1/2026 (open 9.00am – 2.00pm) Staff Development Day

The system of booking in advance helps uniform shop staff to manage crowd flow and resource allocation effectively.

If you have a booking it is recommended to arrive on time or slightly early. If you anticipate being late, or cannot attend, please email marsden-h.uniform@det.nsw.edu.au to let staff know.

Customers who do not have bookings are welcome but please be aware that scheduled bookings will be attended to first.

If you do not have a booking, please be patient, you will be attended to as soon as possible.

Fittings are open for all year groups.
